Last updated: 06 May 2026
Welcome to The Blind Cut!
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Blind Cut's website, located at https://theblindcut.com.
By accessing this website or placing an order, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use The Blind Cut if you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions stated on this page.
1. ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
The Blind Cut ("we," "us," "our," or the "shop") sells handmade gaffed playing cards and related items. All products are sold strictly for entertainment, education, magical performance, collecting, and historical or research purposes.
2. INTENDED USE
The products on this site are NOT intended for and may NOT be used for any form of cheating, fraud, or unlawful gambling activity. By placing an order, you confirm that you will use the products only for lawful purposes — such as magic performance, education, demonstration, collecting, or private practice — and that you will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your country and jurisdiction.
Use of our products in any cheating, gambling fraud, or other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and is your sole responsibility.
3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Blind Cut accepts no responsibility, liability, or accountability for any misuse of the products sold in this store. By purchasing from us, you accept full responsibility for how you use the products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Blind Cut, its owner, employees, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or legal fees — arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from this store.
Our total maximum liability to you for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price you paid for that product.
4. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) to purchase from this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Due to the custom, handmade, and specialty nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason other than those listed below.
Limited exceptions:
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. If a product arrives visibly damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mexicanbarber@theblindcut.com with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will review the case and may, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or credit the item.
- LOST IN TRANSIT. If a tracked package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the original expected delivery date. We will assist with the carrier claim. Replacement is not guaranteed and depends on carrier resolution.
Outside of these cases, no refund will be issued under any circumstance — including buyer's remorse, change of mind, dissatisfaction with the level or work selected, or perceived ease/difficulty of the gaff.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping address concerns, stock unavailability, or any other reason we consider valid. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.
7. PAYMENT AND PRICING
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and may change without notice. Payment is processed through the providers offered at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any affected orders, with a full refund of any payment already taken in such cases.
8. SHIPPING
Shipping times and costs shown at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or any other factor outside our control.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your country on international orders.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties, or failure to collect, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. If you choose not to resend, the order is forfeit and no refund will be issued.
9. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun. Lead times for custom orders are given as estimates and may vary.
